摘要
本试验旨在研究番鸭盲肠真菌菌群结构及其生长发育过程中真菌菌群多样性的变化。试验选用1日龄健康番鸭70只,饲养70 d,分别在番鸭1、3、7、14、28、42和70日龄时,每组随机选取6只番鸭,屠宰取盲肠内容物,提取盲肠内容物中真菌DNA进行测序分析。结果表明:在门水平上,1~70日龄番鸭的盲肠中子囊菌门(Ascomycota)和担子菌门(Basidiomycota)均为优势菌门。在属水平上,3~7日龄番鸭的盲肠中赤霉菌属(Gibberella)、念球菌属(Candida)和小戴维霉属(Davidiella)为优势菌属,14~28日龄番鸭的盲肠中赤霉菌属和念球菌属为优势菌属,70日龄番鸭的盲肠中以红酵母菌属(Rhodotorula)、毛芽孢子菌属(Trichosporon)和赤霉菌属为优势菌。42~70日龄番鸭盲肠中的真菌菌群种类比1~28日龄多。综上所述,番鸭盲肠中的真菌菌群种类会随着日龄的增加而逐渐丰富多样,这为番鸭肠道真菌菌群与生长发育关系的研究奠定了理论基础。
The objective of the present study was to investigate the cecal mycobiome structure and its diversity changes during growth and development of Muscovy ducks.Seventy 1-day-old healthy Muscovy ducks were raised for 70 days,at 1,3,7,14,28,42 and 70 days of age,6 ducks were randomly picked for slaughter,the cecal content were collected,and the fungal DNA was extracted from cecal contents for sequencing analysis.The results showed that at the phylum level,both Ascomycota and Basidiomycota were the dominant phylum in cecum of Muscovy ducks during 1 to 70 days of age.At the genus level,the Gibberella,Candida and Davidiella in cecum were dominant genus of Muscovy ducks during 3 to 7 days of age,the Gibberella and Candida in cecum were dominant genus of Muscovy ducks during 14 to 28 days of age,and the Rhodotorula,Trichosporum and Gibberella in cecum were dominant genus of Muscovy ducks at 70 days of age.The cecal mycobiota kinds of Muscovy ducks during 42 to 70 days of age were more than the other days of age.In summary,the cecal mycobiota kinds of Muscovy ducks can gradually become richer as the age increased,it providing the theoretical basis of the correlation between the cecal mycobiota and growth and development of Muscovy ducks.
