摘要
高等教育具有公益性和私益性双重特征,其功能由此可分为社会功能和个体功能两个方面,二者有机联系且不断发展演变.普及化时代高等教育的目的功能、特征要求发生了变化,其个体功能也必然有明显转变.在普及化初级阶段,学校和学生必须准确理解和把握时代特征要求,铭记教育事业的初心,克服功利化办学观念及行为,树立正确的办学观、育人观和受教育观,坚持以人为本,改革教育教学、学习发展的内容和方式,将个体价值和社会价值有机统一起来,实现学生自我充分发展,促进高等教育高质量发展.
Higher education has dual characteristics of public welfare and private interest,and its function can be divided into social function and individual function,which are organically linked and constantly developing and evolving.In the era of popularization,the purpose,function,characteristics and requirements of higher education have changed,and the individual function is bound to change significantly.In the primary stage of popularization,schools and students should accurately understand and grasp the characteristics and requirements of the times,bear in mind the original intention of education,overcome the utilitarian concept and behavior of running a school,establish a correct concept of running a school,educating people and receiving education,adhere to the people-oriented concept,and realize the reform of the contents and methods of education,teaching and learning development,devote themselves to the organic unity of physical value and social value,realize the full self-development of students and promote the high-quality development of higher education.
