摘要
实施乡村振兴战略是党的十九大作出的一项重大决策,是关系全面建设社会主义现代化国家的全局性、历史性任务,是新时代“三农”工作的总抓手。全面建成小康社会和全面建设社会主义现代化强国,最艰巨最繁重的任务在农村,最广泛最深厚的基础在农村,最大的潜力和后劲也在农村。本文对乡村振兴背景下辽宁省大学生返乡创业情况进行走访调查,对结果进行分析,提出促进大学生返乡创业的对策与思路,希望能为乡村振兴战略背景下辽宁省大学生返乡创业工作提供理论支撑。
The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major strategy made at the 19th CPC National Congress.It is an overall and historic task related to the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.It is the general focus of the"three rural"work in the new era.The most arduous and arduous task of building a moderately prosperous society and a powerful modern socialist country in an all-round way lies in the countryside.To build a well-off society in an all-round way and build a strong socialist modernization country in an all-round way,the most arduous and arduous task lies in the countryside,the broadest and deepest foundation lies in the countryside,and the greatest potential and stamina lies in the countryside.This paper investigates the situation of college students returning home to start businesses in Liaoning Province under the background of rural revitalization,analyzes the results,and puts forward countermeasures and ideas to promote college students returning home to start businesses,hoping to provide theoretical support for college students returning home to start businesses in Liaoning Province under the background of rural revitalization strategy.
