摘要
目的 探讨针对冠心病稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀型患者实施麝香通心滴丸联合胸痛贴的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年1月我院收治的60例冠心病稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀型患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用西医规范化治疗方案,观察组在此基础上加用麝香通心滴丸联合胸痛贴进行干预,两组均持续干预14 d,对比两组心绞痛发作情况、心电图S-T段改变及中医证候积分的变化。结果 观察组治疗后心绞痛发作频次、发作持续时间较对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心电图总有效率及中医证候积分总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 麝香通心滴丸联合胸痛贴可明显提高冠心病稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀型患者的临床疗效,改善心绞痛症状提高生活质量,无明显不良反应。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shexiang Tongxin dripping pills combined with chest pain patch in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris ofqi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods We chose 60 cases of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris of qi deficiency blood and stasis syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 in our hospital, and divided them into treatment group and control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with standardized western medicine treatment,whereas the observation group were treated with Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pill combined with Chest Pain Paste on this basis.The treatment in both groups lasted for 14 days,and the attack of angina pectoris,changes of S-T segment of electrocardiogram and changes of TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results The attack frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of ECG and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pills combined with Chest Pain Paste can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type, improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve quality of life without obvious adverse reactions.
