摘要
目的:探讨远红外线照射对医院获得性压疮的预防效果。方法:将240名使用去甲肾上腺素患者随机分为对照组与试验组。对照组实施标准压疮预防护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予远红外线照射。结果:试验组医院获得性压疮总发生率及使用去甲肾上腺素剂量为>0.50且≤2.0μg/kg/min者的压疮发生率低于对照组,住重症监护室及住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05);对照组照射部位经皮氧分压(TcPO2)在干预前、干预3d、干预7d后依次降低(P<0.05),试验组各时间点无差异(P>0.05)。结论:远红外线照射可有效预防医院获得性压疮的发生,促进患者恢复。
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of far infrared radiation on hospital acquired pressure ulcers.Methods:240 patients who used norepinephrine were randomly divided into control group and experiment group.The control group was given standard pressure ulcer prevention and nursing,while the experiment group was given far infrared radiation intervention on the basis of the control group.Results:The total incidence rate of hospital-acquired pressure ulcers and incidence rate of pressure ulcers in the patients with using norepinephrine dose>0.50 and≤2.0μg/kg/min of the experiment group were lower than those in the control group,and the length of stay in intensive care unit and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,and the hospitalization expenses was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The transcutaneous partial pressure of oxygen(TcPO2)at the irradiation site in the control group decreased successively before intervention,3d after intervention and 7d after intervention(P<0.05),but there was no difference at each time point in the experiment group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Far-infrared radiation can effectively prevent the occurrence of hospital-acquired pressure ulcers and promote the recovery of patients.
