摘要
教师是人类灵魂的工程师,而教师专业素养是教师在工作中表现出来的观念意识和行为品质,它的优劣会影响到学生的未来发展、学校的教育质量、国家和民族未来的劳动力素质。借助工具CiteSpace5.7.R1软件,对近二十年来我国教师专业素养发展的研究结果进行梳理。研究发现:2000—2021年期间国内关于教师专业素养的研究已经有了较大的突破,但在培养全科教师、反思型教师、教师专业素养的概念界定以及提升教师专业素养的路径等方面的研究覆盖面广度不足,仍存在一定的研究空间。
Teachers are engineers of the human soul,and teacher professionalism is the concept and behavioral qualities of teachers in their work.Its quality will affect the future development of students,the quality of education in schools,and the quality of the future labor force of the country and nation.With the help of the tool Citespace 5.7.R1 software,the article sorts out the research results of the development of teachers’professionalism in China in the past two decades.It is found that there have been major breakthroughs in domestic research on teachers’professional literacy from 2000 to 2021,but the research coverage is insufficient in terms of training general teachers,defining the concept of teacher professional literacy,and ways to improve teachers’professional literacy and there is still need for further researches.
