摘要
燃煤电厂使用的煤炭是影响其发电成本的主要因素,准确获得煤质信息,根据煤质进行燃烧优化调整是火电厂降低发电成本的重要手段之一。目前电厂常用软测量方法获取煤质信息,该技术的发展已较为成熟,也有许多相关的研究资料,但目前关于整个技术的框架梳理及综述性介绍的资料还很少。因此,本文对目前各项煤质成分软测量技术进行了总结汇总,并探讨燃煤电厂煤质成分软测量技术未来的发展方向。
The coal used in coal-fired power plants is the main factor affecting their power generation costs.Accurately obtaining coal quality information and optimizing combustion according to coal quality is one of the important means for thermal power plants to reduce power generation costs.At present,power plants commonly use soft sensing methods to obtain coal quality information.The development of this technology has been relatively mature,and there are also many relevant research data.However,at present,there is little information about the framework and overview of the whole technology.Therefore,the author summarizes the current soft sensing technologies of coal composition,and discusses the future development direction of the soft sensing technology of coal composition in coal-fired power plants.
