摘要
加强煤质管理、提升商品煤质量是我国煤炭行业质量提升的重要内容。从煤质管理体系建设、煤质信息管理系统建设、先进的在线监测技术及采制化技术应用等方面,系统地介绍了煤质管理的发展现状及取得的成果;分析了煤质管理现存的主要问题;从加强煤质管理体系建设、继续完善煤质管理制度、进一步开发煤质管理信息系统、加大高精度国产化煤质在线检测技术及其设备研发力度、推广应用智能化采制样技术实现采制化系统智能化等方面,阐述了煤质管理领域的创新发展方向。
Strengthening the coal quality management and improving the quality of commercial coal are the important contents of quality improvement of China's coal industry.From the aspects of coal quality management system construction,coal quality information management system construction,advanced on-line monitoring technology and the application of sampling and preparation technology,this paper systematically introduces the development status and achievements of coal quality management,analyzes the main existing problems of coal quality management,expounds the innovation development direction in the field of coal quality management from the aspects including strengthening the construction of coal quality management system,continuing to improve coal quality management system,further developing coal quality management information system,increasing the research and development of high-precision domestic coal quality on-line detection technology and equipment,popularizing and applying intelligent sampling and preparation technology to realize the intellectualization of sampling and preparation system.
