基于“创新能力培养目标”的人体解剖学与组织胚胎学教学改革研究

摘要 目前,在人体解剖学与组织胚胎学课程的教学中,教师更重视理论知识传授,而忽视了学生创新能力的培养。教学内容缺乏创新思维培养元素,教学过程中忽视创新思维的引导环节,考评体系缺乏有效考核学生创新思维及能力的评价标准。如何在现有教学内容中合理融入创新思维培养的元素?如何改进教学方法有效引导学生创新思维的形成?如何制定适应创新能力培养目标的有效的考核评价标准,真正切实有效的提高学生的开拓创新思维能力?这是摆在教师面前亟需解决的重要课题。本文作者从强化教学中创新元素的教学内容、通过教学手段的改革引导学生创新思维形成、以及改革对应考核评价标准三个方面来探讨人体解剖学与组织胚胎学改革思路。 At present,in the teaching process of human anatomy and histoembryology,many teachers pay more attention to imparting theoretical knowledge,while ignore to cultivate students'innovative ability.The teaching contents lack the elements of cultivating innovative thinking,and the evaluation system lacks the effective standards for assessing innovative thinking and abilities of students.Besides,the guiding part of innovative thinking is ignored in the teaching process.How to reasonably integrate innovative thinking elements into teaching contents?How to improve the teaching methods to effectively create students'innovative thinking?How to formulate effective evaluation standards that adapt to the training objectives,and improve the students'innovation ability?This article discusses the teaching reform of human anatomy and histoembryology from three aspects:reinforcing the teaching contents of innovative elements,guiding students to form innovative thinking and reforming the assessment standards.
