摘要
研究了不同超细矿渣掺量下胶凝材料浆体流变性能的变化,并通过分析浆体中颗粒表面水膜层的厚度探究了其变化机理。结果表明:胶凝材料浆体呈现出剪切稀化特性。随着超细矿渣掺量的增加,浆体的流动度逐渐降低,屈服应力和稠度因子逐渐增大,其流变行为指数逐渐减小,浆体剪切稀化程度增强。掺入超细矿渣会降低浆体中颗粒表面的水膜层厚度,从而影响其流变性能。
The rheological properties of binder paste with different ultra-fine slag(UFS)content was studied,and the mechanism was explored by analyzing the thickness of water film layer on the surface of particles in the paste.The results show that the binder paste presents shear thinning characteristics.With the increase of ultra-fine slag content,the fluidity of the paste decreases and the yield stress and consistency factor increase gradually.The flow index of the paste decreases gradually,and the shear thinning degree increases.The incorporation of ultra-fine slag can reduce the thickness of water film on the surface of particles,thus affecting the rheological properties of the paste.
