中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网的形成机制及其与肝胆胰炎症性疾病的联系 被引量:2

摘要 当中性粒细胞受佛波醇-12-肉豆蔻酸酯-13-乙酸酯(phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate,PMA)、活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)、LPS、IL-8等炎性介质的刺激时,会释放一种由解聚染色质DNA和多种抗菌蛋白组成的网状纤维复合物,即中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular trap,NET)。已有相关研究表明,NET在肝胆胰炎症性疾病的发病过程中起关键作用。该文旨在分析NET与肝胆胰炎症性疾病之间的联系,为治疗和预防肝胆胰炎症性疾病提供帮助。 When neutrophils are stimulated with phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate(PMA),reactive oxygen species(ROS),LPS,IL-8 or other inflammatory mediators,they release neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs),which are reticular fibers composed of depolymerized chromatin DNA and a variety of antibacterial proteins.Related studies have shown that NETs play key roles in the pathogenesis of hepatobiliary and pancreatic inflammatory diseases.This review aims to discuss the relationship between NET and hepatobiliary and pancreatic inflammatory diseases and provide insights for future treatment and prevention of hepatobiliary and pancreatic inflammatory diseases.
