不同运动项目对阳虚质女大学生体质的影响研究

摘要 目的:分析阳虚质女大学生体质偏颇症状,通过篮球、健美操及太极拳运动的改善效果,对比各种运动在体质方面的具体影响。方法:通过《中医体质分类判定标准问卷》,对673名大二学生进行筛选,选取101名阳虚质女大学生为实验对象,进行体质测试。将实验对象分为3组,其中24人为篮球组,50人为健美操组,26人为太极拳组。实验为期15周,每周2学时。实验后,进行中医体质量表调查和体质测试。结果:实验后,篮球、健美操、太极拳3种运动的中医体质量表测试分值都有了明显的下降(P<0.01),其中健美操对阳虚质分值的改善最大。3种运动都可以较好地优化阳虚质女大学生在身体形态方面的具体问题,但实验表明,仅有健美操组在实施实验前后出现了数据层面的显著差异(P<0.05)。由此可知,健美操能够很好地优化阳虚质女大学生的身体形态。经过实验,参与3种运动的女生的身体机能指标都实现了比较明显的改善,但是仅有健美操组在实验前后出现了数据层面的显著差异(P<0.01)。数据表明,健美操可以很好地优化阳虚质女大学生身体机能,可以很好地提升肺活量。3种运动都对参与者的身体素质产生了影响,健美操组在力量素质、柔韧素质层面都出现了数据显著差异(P<0.05),由此可知,健美操可以更好地优化身体素质。结论:阳虚质女大学生通过健美操运动,可以更好地优化体质,对阳虚质体质偏颇症状进行有效改善。 To analyze the partial symptoms of female college students with Yang deficiency,and to compare the specific effects of various sports on physique through improving the effects of basketball,aerobics and Taijiquan.Methods 673 sophomore students were screened by TCM physique scale questionnaire,and 101 female college students with Yang deficiency were selected as experimental subjects for physique test.The subjects were divided into three groups,including 24 basketball group,50 aerobics group and 26 Taijiquan group.The experiment lasted for 15 weeks with 2 class hours per week.After the experiment,the TCM constitution scale survey and constitution test were carried out.Results after the experiment,the scores of basketball,aerobics and Taijiquan in the TCM body mass scale decreased significantly(P<0.01).The three kinds of sports can better optimize the specific problems of body shape of female college students with Yang deficiency.However,the experiment shows that only the aerobics group has significant differences in data level before and after the experiment(P<0.05).It can be seen that aerobics can well optimize the shape and posture of female college students with Yang deficiency.Through the experiment,the physical function indexes of the female students participating in the three kinds of sports have been significantly improved,but only the aerobics group has a significant difference in the data level before and after the experiment(P<0.01).The data show that aerobics can well optimize the physical function of female college students with yang deficiency and improve their vital capacity.The three kinds of sports had an impact on the physical quality of the participants.There were significant differences in the strength and flexibility of the aerobics group(P<0.05).It can be seen that aerobics can better optimize the physical quality.Conclusion through aerobics,female college students with Yang deficiency can better optimize their physique and improve the symptoms of Yang deficiency bias.
