医院药学部门质量管理体系的建立与实践 被引量:8

Establishment and practice of quality management system in hospital pharmacy department

摘要 目的:建立药剂科质量管理体系,促进科室工作更加规范,提高药学服务质量。方法:以全面质量管理理论为指导,结合工作实际,建立航天中心医院药剂科质量管理体系并评价其实施效果。结果:药剂科建成了集组织体系(院级-科级-班组级)、保障体系(培训与考核、标准化体系、团队绩效)和运行体系(评价体系、质量管理检查、持续改进)为一体的质量管理体系,并于2016年开始运行。与2015年相比,2020年门诊药房、住院药房(口服)和住院药房(针剂)的调剂差错率分别由0.94/10000、0.8/10000、2.2/10000降低至0.74/10000,0.2/10000和0.52/10000,病区退药率由6.12%降至4.14%,质量缺陷药品数量由195例降低至117例,患者和临床科室满意度由89%和81%上升至95.5%和94.2%,提高了科室的制度化管理水平,促进了全员质量管理理念的形成。结论:质量管理体系的建立和运行能够提高药学服务质量,促进科室质量管理水平不断提升。 OBJECTIVE To construct a well-established quality management system and promote more standardized work as well as the quality of pharmaceutical services.METHODS Based on total quality management theory and combined with actual work,a well-established quality management system was constructed and evaluated in Aerospace Center Hospital.RESULTS The quality management system involving organization system(hospital level,department level and team level),supporting system(training and assessment,standardization system,team performance)and operating system(evaluation system,quality management inspection,continuous improvement)was established and put into use since 2016.Compared with those in 2015,the dispensing error rates of outpatient pharmacy,inpatient pharmacy(oral)and inpatient pharmacy(injections)in 2020 reduced from 0.94 in ten thousand,0.8 in ten thousand and 2.2 in ten thousand to 0.74 in ten thousand,0.2 in ten thousand and 0.52 in ten thousand,respectively.Drug withdrawal rate in wards decreased from 6.12%to 4.14%and the number of quality-defective drugs reduced from 195 to 117.The degrees of satisfaction of patients and clinical departments rose from 89%and 81%to 95.5%and 94.2%,respectively.The practice of the quality management system improved the systematic management ability and promoted the formation of the concept of total quality management.CONCLUSION Quality management system can improve the quality of pharmaceutical services and promote the continuous improvement of quality management ability.
