摘要
大型商业综合体项目均具有综合性、复杂性、投资较大以及施工技术复杂的特点。此种情况下,需采用合理的技术,以此保证各项工程实施的效果。而BIM技术可以兼顾整个项目的设计、施工以及技术等,并根据实际情况,提出合理的管理措施,以此降低项目的复杂性,提高项目的质量。
The building bodies of large-scale commercial complex projects are characterized by comprehensiveness, complexity,large investment and complex construction technology. In this case, it is necessary to adopt reasonable technology to ensure the implementation effect of various projects. BIM Technology can take into account the design, construction and technology of the whole project, and put forward reasonable management measures according to the actual situation, so as to reduce the complexity of the project and improve the quality of the project.
