摘要
BIM是工程建设转型升级的必由之路,也是工程建设发展的主要潮流。目前我国的BIM应用大多还集中在某些局部的应用点,还未真正实现BIM的全生命周期应用;设计与施工环节还存在一定的脱节现象,无法有效协同。主要介绍了设计阶段和施工协同阶段的BIM应用点,通过研究基于BIM的设计与施工协同工作模式,将整个设计环节与施工环节联系起来,实现设计阶段和施工协同阶段协同工作的信息传递。
BIM is an important way of transformation and upgrading of engineering and construction as well as the main trend of industry development. At present,most of BIM applications in China are still concentrated in some application points,and the full life cycle application of BIM is not realized yet. The disjunction between design and construction still exists. BIM applications of design process and construction process are introduced in this paper,and the information transfer mode from design process to construction process is elaborated by studying the cooperative work pattern based on BIM.
