摘要
建立顶空-气相色谱法测定有机肥料中三氯乙醛的新方法。取适量样品,在碱性条件下(氢氧化钠)反应,样品内三氯乙醛生成为三氯甲烷,进行顶空气相色谱(ECD)测定,以外标法定量。结果在0.500~10.0μg/L线性范围内,回归方程相关系数R2=0.999,加标回收率在90%~110%之间,按照取样量2.0 g计算,方法检出限为1.00μg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.0%。本方法操作简便、快速、准确和稳定,适用于有机肥料中三氯乙醛含量的测定。
To establish a new method for the determination of chloral content in organic fertilizer by difference method and headspace gas chromatography,a certain amount of samples were taken to add NaOH solution.Chloral in the sample was reduced to trichloromethane,and determined by headspace gas chromatography with ECD detector.External standard method was used for quantitative determination of chloral.The coefficient of the linear regression equation was 0.999 within the linear range of 0.500~10.0μg/L,and the recovery rate was 90%~110%.The detection limit was 1.00μg/kg and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5%,according to the sampling volume of 2.0 g.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and stable,and is suitable for the determination of formaldehyde in Organic fertilizer.
