顶空气相色谱法测定饮用水中消毒副产物——三氯乙醛 被引量:2

摘要 通过探讨加盐量、加碱量、顶空平衡时间、加热温度等实验条件对测定结果的影响,建立了顶空-毛细管柱气相色谱法测定饮用水中三氯乙醛的分析方法。实验表明,NaCl的加入可以显著提高三氯乙醛的响应值,NaOH作为反应物,其加入量与水中三氯乙醛的浓度有一定的关系。实验选择TR-FFAP毛细管色谱柱、加盐量4.0g、加碱量1.0mg、平衡时间30min、加热温度50℃为最佳分析条件。该条件下工作曲线线性良好,方法检出限为0.233μg/L,精密度RSD为3.1%~6.0%,回收率为85.6%~115.0%。该方法前处理简单、不产生试剂污染、经济适用,是测定饮用水中三氯乙醛的良好方法。 By studying the effect of test conditions such as salt addition,concentration of NaOH,headspace equilibration time,heating temperature on test result,a analysis method for determination of chloral in drinking water by headspace capillary column gas chromatography was established.The results showed addition of NaCl could significantly improve the response of chloral.As the reactant,addition of NaOH was relevant to the concentration of chloral in water.When headspace equilibration temperature was 50℃,equilibration time was 30 min,salt addition was 4.0g and amount of NaOH was 1.0mg,the response of chloral had been improved highly in the TR-FFAP capillary column.Under the optimum condition,the linearity of chloral was excellent,the limits was 0.233μg/L,RSD was 3.1%-6.0%,the recoveries was 85.6-115.0%.The method does not generate solvent pollutant,and is a rapid,simple,sensitive determination of chloral in drinking water.
