摘要
采用超高液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱联用技术(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS)对半夏厚朴汤化学成分进行分析。采用XBridge BEH C_(18)色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.5μm),以0.1%甲酸水溶液-甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL/min;质谱采用加热电喷雾离子源(HESI),正、负离子扫描模式。结果从半夏厚朴汤中共鉴定了90个化学成分,包括33个苯丙素类,19个氨基酸类,16个有机酸类,12个黄酮类等。本研究为半夏厚朴汤药效物质深入研究及质量控制奠定基础。
The chemical components of Ban-Xia-Hou-Po Decoction was analyzed by UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS.The analysis was performed on XBridge BEH C_(18) column(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.5μm),with mobile phase of 0.1%formic acid water solution-methanol for gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.Mass spectrometry was performed using heatingelectrospray ion source(HESI)under the positive and negative ion modes.As a result,90 chemical components were identified from Ban-Xia-Hou-Po Decoction,including 33 phenylpropanoids,19 amino acids,16 organic acids,12 flavonoids,etc.This research laid a foundation for further study and quality control of the studied decoction.
