摘要
制造业数字化转型在尺寸、工艺等相关数据管理上较为成功,但在集各类物理参数的性能开发中的产品数据管理,则相对滞后。本文以汽车性能开发过程的数据管理为研究对象,首先剖析经典的汽车性能开发V字型流程及其优缺点;然后以汽车动力性经济性开发过程为示例,详述其开发过程产生数据集,并分析其存在的问题;接着提出以试验标准为核心产品数据管理系统,帮助跨部门、跨企业更好地协同开发;最后总结汽车产品性能开发的发展方向。数字孪生技术是产品数据管理系统设计的重要指导思想。
The digital transformation of manufacturing industry is relatively successful in the data management of size,process and so on,but it lags behind in the product data management of integrating the performance development of various physical models.This paper takes the data management of automobile performance development process as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the classic V-shaped process of automobile performance development and its advantages and disadvantages;Then,taking the development process of automobile power and economy as an example,the data sets generated in the development process are described in detail,and the existing problems are analyzed;Then,a product data management system based on test standards is proposed to help cross department and cross enterprise collaborative development;Finally,the development direction of automotive product performance development is summarized.Digital twin technology is an important guiding ideology of product data management system design.
