摘要 提出了混合动力汽车用复合电源系统的构型及其控制策略,分析确定了满足整车动力性能要求和工程约束下复合电源参数的范围。以动力性指标为约束,能耗最小、电源成本最低和电池峰值电流最小为目标函数,采用NSGA-II算法对复合电源参数进行了多目标优化。仿真结果验证了优化的有效性。对复合电源和单一电池的功能样机进行了循环工况试验。结果表明,复合电源系统的电池负荷与电流比单一电池的低,有利于电池寿命和电源效率的提高。 The configuration and control strategy of ultra-capacitor/battery hybrid energy storage system for a HEV is proposed,and the parameters range of hybrid energy storage meeting the requirements of vehicle power performance and engineering constraints is analyzed and determined.A multi-objectives optimization on the parameters of hybrid energy storage are conducted using NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm with power performance indicators as constraints and minimizing energy consumption,cost and battery peak current of hybrid energy storage as objectives,and its validity is verified by simulation results.Driving cycle tests on the functional prototypes of hybrid energy storage and ordinary battery are conducted and the results show that the battery load and current of hybrid energy storage are lower than that of ordinary battery,conducive to the heightening of battery life and power source efficiency.
