摘要
以某海上风电项目场区内220 kV海上升压站结构为例,通过采用shell单元模拟支撑柱、beam单元模拟梁柱构件建立整体有限元数值模型进行仿真计算,对比分析了台风作用下海上升压站结构的受力特征:结构在二层、顶层边缘、直升机平台及附近顶层边缘位移普遍较大,重力作用导致升压站结构竖向变形明显,而受风方向的变形相对较小;结构每一层支撑柱表面与H型钢交接处局部应力明显较大,其余部位普遍较小。
An overall finite element model of the 220 kV offshore substation in an offshore wind farm is established to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the substation structure under typhoon action,in which the supporting column is modeled by shell elements and the beam and column components are modeled by beam elements.The results show that the displacements of the structure on the second floor,the edge of the top floor,the helicopter platform and the surrounding edge are generally large.The vertical deformation of the structure is obvious due to gravity,while the deformation along the wind direction is relatively small.The local stress at the junction of the H-beam and the supporting column surface of each layer is obviously larger,and it is generally small for other parts.
