海上交流升压变电站轻量化研究

摘要 海上变电站是整个交流海上风电场的核心,据不完全统计,至2020年中国已建成几十座海上变电站。随着碳中和时间节点的临近,属于绿色能源的海上风电必将被大力开发,因此建设与海上风电场相配套的海上变电站就尤为重要。对海上变电站进行轻量化设计既可大幅减少建造成本、缩短工期,还可降低对吊装船的吊装能力要求。首先,在满足海上风电场电能送出的要求下,尽量精简电气接线,以减少电气设备。其次,通过将舱室紧凑化和取消非必要的舱室来压缩海上变电站的尺寸与质量,以实现海上变电站的轻量化。最后,与传统海上变电站进行对比,得出优化结论。 Offshore AC booster substation(abbreviated as offshore substation)is the core of the entire AC offshore wind farm.According to incomplete statistics,China has built dozens of offshore substations by 2020.With the approach of carbon neutrality,offshore wind power,which is a green energy source,is bound to be vigorously developed.Therefore,it is particularly important to build offshore substations that are compatible with offshore wind farms.The lightweight design of offshore substations can not only greatly reduce the construction cost and construction period,but also reduce the requirements for the hoisting capacity of the hoisting ships.Firstly,under the condition of meeting the requirements of power transmission of offshore wind farm,electrical wiring shall be simplified as much as possible to reduce electrical equipment.Secondly,the size and weight of the offshore substation are compressed by compacting the cabin and eliminating the unnecessary cabin,so as to realize the lightweight of the offshore substation.Finally,compared with the traditional offshore substation,the optimization conclusion is drawn.
