摘要
黄连解毒汤出自唐代王焘《外台秘要》,是清热解毒的经典名方,治疗实热火毒及三焦热盛之证。黄连解毒汤主要含有黄酮类、有机酸类、环烯醚萜类、生物碱类、糖苷类等多种化学成分。目前黄连解毒汤仍广泛应用于临床,主要用于治疗心脑血管疾病、老年痴呆、糖尿病等疾病。本文就黄连解毒汤化学成分,药理作用,临床应用等方面进行综述,以期为黄连解毒汤实验研究奠定基础。
Huanglian Jiedu Decoction comes from Wang Tao’s"waitaimiyao"of the Tang Dynasty,is a classic name of clearing heat and detoxification,the treatment of real heat poison and three coke heat sheng certificate.Huanglian detoxification soup mainly contains flavonoids,organic acids,cyclic ether terpenoids,alkaloids,glycosides and other chemical components.At present,Huanglian detoxification soup is still widely used in clinical practice,mainly for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,Alzheimer’s disease,diabetes and so on.This paper reviews the chemical composition,pharmacological effect and clinical application of Huanglian detoxification soup,in order to lay the foundation for the experimental research of Huanglian detoxification soup.
