摘要
目的:探讨在手术室器械包装中采取硬质容器对湿包的影响。方法:选取2018年6月~2019年12月在原单位抚顺市中心医院500例手术室器械包装,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组250例采用临床传统包装,观察组250例采用临床器械包装的基础上应用硬质灭菌盒,比较两组手术室器械包装后,出现湿包的件数,以及两组手术室器械出现篮筐刺破件数,与灭菌架接触件数,套运输过程损坏件数。结果:观察组各项观察指标均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对手术室器械包装中采取硬质灭菌盒的效果显著,可以减少手术室器械湿包的发生。
Objective:To investigate the effect of hard container on wet package in operating room.Methods:From June 2018 to December 2019,500 cases of instrument packaging in the Operating Room of Fushun Central Hospital,the original unit,were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.250 cases in control group were treated with clinical traditional packaging,while 250 cases in observation group were treated with rigid sterilization box on the basis of clinical instrument packaging.The number of wet packages and basket of instruments in operating room of two groups were compared The number of broken baskets,the number of contact pieces with sterilization rack,and the number of damaged pieces during transportation.Results:The observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of using rigid sterilization box in the packaging of operating room instruments is significant,which can reduce the occurrence of wet package of operating room instruments.
