摘要
目的探讨质量管理在手术器械消毒灭菌管理中的应用效果。方法本研究选取2017年1月—2017年12月实施质量管理前数据作为对照组,选取2018年1月—2018年12月实施质量管理后数据作为观察组,对实施前后手术器械质量检测合格率和工作人员满意度进行对比分析。结果实施质量管理方案后手术器械清洗合格率、消毒灭菌合格率、包装合格率及器械追溯合格率均显著高于实施前(P<0.05),实施质量管理方案后工作人员对环境、设备、流程及工伤四个维度的评分均显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论质量管理方案实施后可显著提高手术器械质量检测合格率及工作人员满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality management in disinfection and sterilization management of surgical instruments.Methods The data before and after the implementation of quality management from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the control group,and the data after the implementation of quality management from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group.The qualified rate and staff satisfaction before and after the implementation of quality control were compared and analyzed.Results The qualified rate of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,packaging and retrospective qualification of surgical instruments after implementing quality management plan were significantly higher than those before(P<0.05).The staff's scores of environment,equipment,process and work injury after implementing quality management plan were significantly higher than those before(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality management scheme can significantly improve the qualified rate of surgical instrument quality testing and staff satisfaction.
