摘要
近年来环保部门在加强生态环境保护工作中,各个方面取得了一定的成果。虽然各项工作都实现了稳步推进,但环境监察执法过程当中的诸多问题还应该得到广泛关注。对此,我们需要探究如何提升环境监察执法效能,以问题为导向,在创新监管理念和监管方式的同时,确保环境监察执法工作发挥正向效益。
In recent years,in order to strengthen ecological environmental protection,the environmental protection departments have done a lot of work in various aspects and achieved certain results.Although all the work has been made steady progress,many problems in the process of environmental supervision and law enforcement should be widely concerned.In this regard,we need to explore how to improve the effectiveness of environmental supervision and law enforcement,problem-oriented,and ensure the positive benefits of environmental supervision and law enforcement while innovating the concept and mode of supervision.
