摘要
目的 调查泸州市5个社区隔代抚养老人生活质量现状,分析其影响因素。方法 2021年5—8月,采用便利抽样法,抽取泸州市5个社区450名隔代抚养老人,采用一般人口学及隔代抚养资料问卷、代际支持问卷、SF-36量表对其进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 泸州市5个社区隔代抚养老人生活质量得分为(58.34±9.89)分,多元线性回归分析结果提示,丧偶、患慢性病、与孩子关系、提供日常活动与教育照料、情感支持进入回归方程(β=-0.141、-0.166、0.117、0.152、0.184、0.176,均P<0.01),共解释总变异的34.5%。结论 与四川常模相比,泸州市5个社区隔代抚养老人生活质量得分较低,应加强家庭代际支持,尤其是情感支持,提升隔代抚养老人生活质量,促进国家三孩政策的实施。
Objective To investigate the status of quality of life in inter-generational raising elderly from five communities of Luzhou City,and analyze the influencing factors. Methods From May to August 2021,by the convenient sampling,450 intergenerational raising elderly people in five communities of Luzhou City were collected and investigated with the demographic and inter-generational raising questionnaire,inter-generational support questionnaire,SF-36 questionnaire,and the data were analyzed.Results The score of quality of life in inter-generational raising elderly from five communities of Luzhou City was(58.34±9.89)points. Multiple liner regression analysis results showed that widowed,suffering from chronic diseases,relationship with children,providing daily activities,education and care,and emotional support entered the regression equation(β=-0.141,-0.166,0.117,0.152,0.184,0.176,all P <0.01), explaining 34.5% of total variation. Conclusion Compared to Sichuan norm,the points of the intergenerational raising elderly from five communities of Luzhou City scored are lower,so it is necessary to strengthen family intergenerational support,especially emotional support,improve the quality of life of the inter-generational raising elderly,and promote the implementation of the national three-child policy.
