摘要
为研究水泥稳定碎石用集料的物理性能对水稳碎石混合料性能的影响程度,采用灰色关联分析方法对集料物理性能指标之间,物理性能指标与水稳混合料性能之间建立相关关系,根据相关关系的相关度排序,确定了不同类型水稳混合料集料物理指标控制侧重点。结果表明:为提升水泥稳定碎石原材料的强度、耐久性时,砂岩应选择毛体积密度、表观密度相对较高的集料,加工时应严格控制集料的针片状含量。提出了影响水稳混合料性能的原材料控制指标敏感性排序和侧重提高水稳混合料劈裂强度、回弹模量、弯拉强度时的水稳混合料设计集料关键控制指标。
To study the influence degree of the physical properties of aggregate on the performance of the cement stabilized macadam mixture, this paper uses the grey correlation analysis to establish correlations between each physical index of aggregate, and the physical index of aggregate and the performance of cement stabilized macadam mixture. According to the order of the correlation, the control focus for the physical index of different types of cement stabilized macadam is determined. The results show that to improve the strength and durability of the raw materials of cement stabilized macadam, the aggregate with relatively high gross volume density and apparent density should be selected for sandstone, and the elongated and flaky particle content of aggregate should be strictly controlled during processing. This paper proposes the sensitivity order of the control indexes of raw materials affecting the performance of the cement stabilized macadam mixture, and the key control indexes of the design aggregate when the emphasis is placed on the splitting strength, resilience modulus, and flexural strength.
