摘要
针片状颗粒含量是评价粗集料质量好坏的重要指标,文章研究玄武岩粗集料针片状颗粒含量的变化对沥青混凝土压实性、强度、抗变形性能的影响。沥青混凝土的压实性、强度、抗变形性能分别采用马歇尔击实试验、劈裂试验和车辙试验进行表征。结果表明,随着玄武岩粗集料针片状颗粒含量的增加,针片状颗粒的碎裂显著改变沥青混合料的真实压实状态;沥青混合料的劈裂强度减小,且抗变形能力也显著降低。建议将粗集料的针片状颗粒含量控制在10%以内。
The flat and elongated particle content is an important index for determining the quality of coarse aggregate.The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of flat and elongated particle content in basalt coarse aggregate on the compactability, strength and deformation resistance of asphalt concrete, and they are revealed by Marshall compaction test,splitting test and rutting test, respectively. The research results suggest that with the increase of flat and elongated particle content in basalt coarse aggregate, the fracture of flat and elongated particles changes the real compaction status of asphalt concrete. And the splitting strength and rutting deformation resistance of asphalt concrete decrease significantly. The suitable flat and elongated particle content in coarse aggregate is recommended to be not more than 10%.
