摘要
针对我国城市发展中逐渐凸显的教育设施与适学人口空间分布不匹配问题,提出基于人口空间分布差异的教育设施布局优化配置技术方法。首先,提出基于地块人口年龄结构特征的教育设施需求预测方法,进而利用两步移动搜寻法划分教育设施服务区并评价供需平衡性,最后利用空间交互模型优化教育设施布局。将该方法实证应用于武汉市硚口区初中布局,发现教育设施空间供给与人口学位需求存在空间错位问题,基于社区两实人口预测学位需求选定新增教育设施地址和扩容设施,有助于提升硚口区教育设施供需平衡性,保证设施服务公平性。
Facing the education facilities demand-supply dismatch problem caused by the spatial heterogeneity of urban population,a method framework for optimizing the location of education facilities is proposed.Firstly,the educational facilities demand forecasting method based on population age structure is introduced.Then,the two-step mobile search method is used to divide the service area of educational facilities and evaluate the balance between supply and demand.Finally,the spatial interaction model is used to optimize the location of educational facilities.Cased on optimization of junior middle schools in Qiaokou district of Wuhan city,it is found that there is a spatial dislocation between the supply of educational facilities and the demand for population.In order to balance middle school supply and demand,new location for new educational facilities is proposed and several schools are chosen to expand capacity.The empirical study demonstrated that the proposed method could help balance between supply and demand of educational facilities in Qiaokou district,and ensure the fairness of facilities service.
