桥式同心分层注水技术在ZD油田的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 ZD油田目前存在注水井斜井多、注水量小、储层吸水差异大等问题,通过分析对比分层注水技术,优选出桥式同心分层注水技术,该技术采用边测边调的方式进行流量调配和测试,进一步实现了精细化分层注水。采用桥式同心分层注水技术在ZD油田实施了82口注水井,应用效果表明:桥式同心分层注水技术较原有分层注水技术在水量调节精度上提高了2.5倍,测调工作量减少了70%,每口井测调费用节约了2.25万元,达到了降本增效的目的。桥式同心分层注水技术能够满足ZD油田分层注水开发的需求。 In view of the characteristics of many inclined wells,small water injection volume and large difference in reservoir water ab⁃sorption in ZD oilfield,the layered water injection technologies are analyzed and compared,and the bridge concentric layered water in⁃jection technology is selected for ZD oilfield.The technology adopts the method of measuring while adjusting to adjust and test the flow rate,and further realizes the fine layered water injection.The application results in 82 water injection wells in ZD oilfield show that the water regulation accuracy of bridge concentric layered water injection technology is 2.5 times higher than that of the original layered wa⁃ter injection technology,the measurement and adjustment workload is reduced by 70%,and the measurement and adjustment cost of each well is saved by 22500 yuan,which achieves the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.The bridge concentric lay⁃ered water injection technology can meet the needs of layered water injection development in ZD oilfield.
