摘要
目前,华北油田的分层注水工艺存在工序复杂、占井周期长、作业成本高等问题。基于第3代精细分注工艺,进行优化设计,形成验封测调一体化技术。设计了定位器、调节器和验封短节,采用双电机和双齿轮反向传动结构,实现单支仪器集成检配、验封、测调的功能,并可独立控制。该技术可通过按钮和数值输入等方式实现验封、测调、控制功能,还可显示相应的曲线和图表。已在10口井应用该技术,单支测试仪1次下井便可完成1口井的检配、验封、测调作业,施工成功率100%。单井单次作业时间减少4~5 h,节省费用约¥1.5万元。
The stratified water injection process in Huabei Oilfield has problems such as complex procedures,long occupation periods,and high operating costs.Based on the 3rd generation of fine dispensing technology,the optimized design was carried out to form an integrated technology of inspection,packaging,measurement,and adjustment.The positioner,regulator,and sealing sub-section were designed,and the double motor and double gear reverse transmission structurewere adopted to realize the functions of single instrument integration inspection,matching,in-spection and sealing,and measurement and adjustment,and can be independently controlled.This technology can realize the functions of sealing,measuring,and adjusting,and control through buttons and numerical input,and can also display corresponding curves and charts.This technology has been applied in 10 wells,and a single tester can complete the inspection,inspection,sealing,measurement,and adjustment operations of one well in one trip,with a construction success rate of 100%.The single operation time of a single well is reduced by 4 to 5 hours,and the cost is about RMB 15,000.
