摘要
目的:探讨大学生心理扭力与自杀意念之间的关系,以及生活意义感与心理痛苦的链式中介作用。方法:采用心理扭力量表、心理痛苦量表、简版生活目的量表、自杀行为问卷修订版对5557名大学生进行调查。结果:①性别、民族、教育程度、独生子女、阶层自我定位对大学生心理健康有重要影响;②相关分析结果表明,生命意义感与心理扭力、心理痛苦、自杀意念呈显著负相关(r=-0.340,-0.335,-0.246;P<0.001),心理扭力与心理痛苦、自杀意念之间呈正相关(r=0.545,0.295;P<0.001);③链式中介效应结果表明,心理扭力通过生命意义感、心理痛苦的单独和共同作用影响着大学生自杀意念,其中中介效应分别占总效应的14.81%、40.74%、3.70%。结论:心理扭力可直接或间接影响自杀意念,心理扭力可通过降低生命意义感、加强心理痛苦来增加自杀意念。
Objective:To explore the relationship between psychological strain and suicidal ideation of college students,and the chain mediating effect of meaning in life and psychache.Methods:A total of 5557 college students were investigated by psychological strain scale,psychache scale,PIL-SF and SBQ-R.Results:①Gender,nationality,education level,only child,class self-orientation had significant effects on college students’mental health;②The results of correlation analysis showed that the sense of life meaning was negatively correlated with psychological strain,psychache and suicidal ideation(r=-0.340,-0.335,-0.246;P<0.001).The psychological strain were positively correlated with psychache and suicidal ideation(r=0.545,0.295;P<0.001).③The results of chain-type mediating effect showed that psychological strain affected suicidal ideation of college students through the sense of life meaning and psychache separately and jointly,and the mediating effect accounted for 14.81%,40.74% and 3.70% of the total effect,respectively.Conclusion:Psychological strain can directly or indirectly affect suicidal ideation.Psychological strain can increase suicidal ideation by reducing the sense of life meaning and enhancing psychache.
