摘要
针对我国人口老龄化日趋严重、失智老人关怀照料处于起步阶段、且针对失智老人的服装设计缺乏理论依据的现状,采用文献梳理及设计解析法对失智老人服装设计进行研究,并就如何产生健康效益进行分析。首先阐述了失智老人服装设计的基本原则;重点分析了失智老人服装的设计依据与策略,认为应从体现自我身份、贴身环境刺激、促进交往互动和规范身体行为4个方面出发,以准确定位设计目标;在此基础上提出结合智能服装设计技术的方法,并以案例研究加以说明。文章通过对设计原则、依据、方法的梳理,以期探讨出可促进失智老人健康的服装设计途径。
The current situation that China's aging is becoming increasingly serious,but the care for the elderly with dementia is in its infancy,there is no theoretical basis for the targeted clothing design.Hence,a method of clothing design for the elderly with dementia was investigated by literature review and analytical design method,and the way to produce health benefits was analyzed.Firstly,the basic principles of clothing design for the elderly with dementia were expounded.Secondly,it focused on the analysis of the design basis and strategy.It was suggested that the design goal should be accurately located from four aspects:self-identity,intimate environment stimulation,interaction promotion and physical behavior regulation.On this basis,a design method combining intelligent clothing technology was proposed and illustrated by case study.It is expected to point out ways on clothing design for promoting the health of the elderly people with dementia by sorting out design principles,basis and methods.
