摘要
分析了当下功能性针织面料多功能发展的趋势下,因消费者本身差异带来的多样化需求。针对老年人特殊体味的问题,分析其产生的原因。根据目标人群的需求,将吸湿发热腈纶、珍珠纤维和甲壳素纤维混合,制成混纺纱,再与氨纶交织成纬平功能性针织面料。测试了面料的抑菌、消臭和远红外性能。结果表明,所得面料满足抗菌护肤和消除体味的功能性需求,适用于制作老年人贴身内衣。
The diversified demands due to the differences of consumers themselves were analyzed under the current trend of multi-function development of functional knitted fabrics.In view of the special body odor of the elderly,the causes were analyzed.According to the needs of the target population,the moisture absorbing and heating acrylic fiber,the pearl fiber and the chitin fiber were mixed to make the blended yarn,and then interlaced the blended yarn with spandex to produce weft-flat functional knitted fabrics.The antibacterial,deodorizing and far infrared properties of the fabric were tested.The results showed that the obtained fabric met the functional requirements of antibacterial skin care and body odor elimination,and was suitable for making underwear for the elderly.
