摘要
髂胫束是稳定膝关节、限制胫骨外翻与膝内旋的重要解剖结构。随着诊疗技术的发展,髂胫束病变检出率增加。目前超声已广泛用于检查浅表软组织结构,高频超声显示肌肉、肌腱和软组织等结构的效果较好。本文对超声评估髂胫束及其病变的相关研究进展进行综述。
The iliotibial tract is an important anatomical structure for stabilizing the knee joint and limiting tibial valgus and internal rotation. With the development of diagnosis and treatment technology, the detection rate of iliotibial tract lesions increased. Ultrasound has been widely used in examination of superficial soft tissue structures, and high-frequency ultrasound has a good display effect of muscle, tendon and soft tissue structures. The recent advances of ultrasonography in evaluation of iliotibial band and relative lesions were reviewed in this article.
