地铁暗挖隧道密贴下穿污水箱涵变形特征研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决地铁暗挖隧道密贴下穿大断面污水箱涵变形控制的工程难题,通过Midas GTS NX模拟分析了不同污水流量下暗挖隧道施工引起的既有箱涵的结构变形规律,通过现场监测对施工效果进行评价,结果表明:污水荷载的变化对箱涵的沉降值影响较大,箱涵内充满污水时的最大沉降值是箱涵内没有污水的1.75倍;当污水高度控制在箱涵管径的0.754 m高度以下时,可以保证箱涵结构的安全性;在距离箱涵的间距约13 m范围内进行降水以及开挖施工对箱涵扰动较大,沉降最大值为16.86 mm,该阶段箱涵的最大沉降值占总沉降值的70%~75%;采用叠加法修正Peck公式能够描述下穿段箱涵结构沉降曲线,暗挖隧道施工时箱涵的沉降槽宽度取值范围为6.32~6.9 m,沉降曲线最终呈“U”形。 In order to solve the problem for controlling the deformation of the large-section sewage box culvert induced by the construction of an adjacent bored tunnel beneath,the code Midas GTS NX was performed to analyze the deformation characteristics of the existing box culvert with the different sewage flow rates induced by the construction of the bored tunnel beneath.The effects of the new tunnel construction were evaluated by field monitoring.The results show that changes in the sewage loads have a great influence on the magnitude of the settlements of the box culvert.The maximum settlement of the box culvert filled with sewage is 1.75 times that of the box culvert without sewage.When the height of sewage is controlled below 0.754 m,the safety of the box culvert could be ensured.The box culvert is greatly disturbed during the construction of the dewatering and excavation within the distance of about 13 m from the box culvert.The settlement of the box culvert at the stage accounted for 70%~75%of the total settlement.The modified Peck formula using the superposition method was applied to describe the settlement curve of the box culvert.The settlement trough width of box culvert ranges from 6.32 m to 6.9 m in the construction of the bored tunnel.The fitting curve of the settlement of the box culvert is finally in the shape of“U”.
