摘要
优化了快速测定装潢装饰建材胶黏剂中三苯(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)方法,同时运用优化后方法分别对市售SBS胶、氯丁胶、丁苯胶、通用胶和聚氨酯胶等5种产品测试。通过设计实验讨论了溶剂、色谱以及进样条件等因素对测定结果的影响。结果表明:选择乙酸乙酯为溶剂,5℃/min升温速率,柱流量1.5mL/min,自动进样模式时,目标化合物提取效率最高。方法检出限为0.20μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.36%~2.35%(n=6),苯、甲苯和二甲苯的回收率分别为90.82%~99.18%、98.48%~101.44%和97.85%~101.37%。实样测试中,5种市售胶黏剂中均能检出苯、甲苯、二甲苯,仅有丁苯胶的苯含量超过标准限值,其他样品并未超标。该方法适用于装潢装饰建材胶黏剂中三苯的定量检测,操作便捷,准确度和精度高,再现性和选择性佳。
The method for rapid determination of triphenyl(benzene,toluene,xylene)in adhesives of decoration building materials was optimized.Meanwhile,the optimized method was used to test SBS adhesive,neoprene adhesive,styrene butadiene adhesive,universal adhesive and polyurethane adhesive.The ef fects of solvent,chromatography and injection conditions on the determination results were discussed.The results showed that the extraction efficiency of target compounds was the highest when selecting ethyl acetate as solvent,heating rate of 5℃/min,column flow rate of 1.5mL/min and automatic injection mode.The limit of detection was 0.20μg/mL with relative standard deviations(RSD)of 1.36%~2.35%(n=6).The recoveries of benzene,toluene and xylene were 90.82%~99.18%,98.48%~101.44%and 97.85%~101.37%.Benzene,toluene and xylene can be detected in 5 kinds of commercially available adhesives in the real sample test.Only the benzene content of styrene-butadiene glue exceeds the standard limit,and other samples do not exceed the standard limit.The method is suitable for quantitative determination of triphenyl in adhesive of decoration building materials.It has the advantages of convenient operation,high accuracy and precision,good reproducibility and selectivity.
