南方地区古建筑保护用桐油的抗老化改性研究

摘要 该研究有针对性地对我国南方地区常用的一种古建筑表面封护材料——桐油进行改性,以改善其耐紫外光老化性能。在低湿度(RH45%)和高湿度(RH85%)两种条件下对改性桐油树脂涂板以及改性桐油松木涂板进行紫外光老化,通过显微红外吸收光谱、色差分析技术评估桐油的老化变化。实验结果显示,高湿度条件下桐油老化程度高于同配比桐油在低湿度条件下的老化程度,高湿度主要降低桐油的明度,而紫外光老化主要使桐油变黄;改性后的桐油均能获得比原始桐油更好的耐紫外光老化效果,其中UV-P效果较佳,最佳添加浓度在0.3%~0.5%。该改性剂在高湿度环境、较低添加浓度的条件下可实现对桐油涂层和基材的保护,有效改善了传统材料的使用效果。 In this paper,tung oil,a commonly used surface sealing material for ancient buildings in southern China,was modified to increase its UV aging resistance.The modified tung oil resin coated board and modified tung oil pine coated board were subjected to UV aging under the conditions of low humidity(RH45%)and high humidity(RH85%).The aging changes of tung oil were evaluated by micro infrared absorption spectroscopy and color difference analysis.The experimental results showed that the aging degree of tung oil under high humidity was higher than that under low humidity.High humidity mainly reduced the brightness of tung oil,while UV aging mainly turned tung oil yellow;The modified tung oil can obtain better UV aging resistance than the original tung oil,among which the UV-P effect was better,and the best addition concentration was 0.3%~0.5%.The modifier can realize the protection of tung oil coating and substrate under the conditions of high humidity with low addition concentration,and effectively improve the application effect of traditional materials.
