摘要
桐油是我国重要的林产生物质资源,开发桐油下游产品,提高桐油经济附加值具有重要的意义。由桐油经酯交换合成了桐酸甲酯,采用树脂催化法在溶液中合成了桐酸甲酯-马来酸酐加合物(MEMAA),考察了不同催化树脂种类、树脂用量、反应时间、物料配比等因素对MEMAA收率的影响。结果表明:DT-851为桐酸甲酯与马来酸酐加成反应的适宜催化树脂,当桐酸甲酯用量为20 g时,桐酸甲酯与马来酸酐摩尔物料比为1∶1.3,催化树脂用量为4 g,反应介质甲苯用量为100 mL,回流反应10 h,所得MEMAA总收率为76.9%(以桐油计)。树脂催化溶液法合成MEMAA具有收率高、产物易分离纯化、反应条件温和、树脂可反复使用等特点。
Tung oil is an important forestry biomass resource.Developing Tung oil's downstream products and improving Tung oil's economic value-added are of great significance.Methyl-α-eleostearate was synthesized from Tung oil by transesterification and then,Methyl-α-Eleostearate-Maleic Anhydride Adduct(MEMAA) was synthesized by resin catalysis method in toluene.The influences of catalytic resin type,resin dosage,reaction duration and material mole ratio on MEMAA were investigated.Experimental results show that DT-851 catalytic resin was suitable for the catalysis of methyl-α-eleostearate-maleic anhydride addition reaction.The appropriate addition conditions are as follows: methyl-α-eleostearate 20 g,methyl-α-eleostearate and maleic anhydride mole ratio 1∶1.3;DT-851 resin dosage 4 g;reaction media 100 mL toluene and refluxing for 10 hours.MEMAA's yield was 76.9%(calculated from Tung oil) under the appropriate conditions.Synthesis of MEMAA by resin catalysis in solution features high yield,easy separation and purification,mild reaction condition and good resin use repeatability.
