摘要
目的分析研究人文关怀用于消毒供应中心护理管理中的效果。方法选取2020年1—12月潍坊医学院附属医院消毒供应中心护理人员32名作为对照组,同时选取2021年1—12月消毒供应中心护理人员34名作为观察组,对照组采用常规护理管理模式,观察组采用人文关怀护理管理模式,对比两组护理人员的护理服务质量、管理质量以及护理结果。结果观察组护理人员在安全识别能力、护理服务意识以及护理风险防范意识评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员器械清洗、器械分类、包装、灭菌消毒、环境管理、设备管理、无菌物品发放和业务知识水平评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员的护理差错评分、合作科室的满意度评分及护理人员工作满意度评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心护理管理中进行人文关怀干预可以有效提高护理人员的护理服务质量和管理质量,同时可以有效改善护理结果,效果明显,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care in nursing management of disinfection supply center.Methods 32 nursing staff from the Disinfection Supply Center of Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group.At the same time,34 nursing staff from the disinfection supply center from January to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted routine nursing management model,while the observation group adopted the humanistic care nursing management model.The nursing service quality,management quality and nursing outcomes of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results The scores of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of safety identification ability,nursing service awareness and nursing risk prevention awareness,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing staff in the observation group in terms of instrument cleaning,instrument classification,packaging,sterilization and disinfection,environmental management,equipment management,sterile item distribution,and business knowledge were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing error score of nursing staff,the satisfaction score of cooperative departments and the job satisfaction score of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care intervention in the nursing management of disinfection supply center can effectively improve the nursing service quality and management quality of nursing staff,and can effectively improve nursing outcomes.The effect is obvious,and it has high clinical promotion value.
