摘要
目的:研究将PDCA循环持续改进方法在消毒供应中心管理中的应用效果。方法:将2017年1-12月消毒供应中心划分为对照组,使用常规管理方式;将2018年1-12月消毒供应中心划分为试验组,实施PDCA循环管理。比较两组消毒合格率及工作质量。结果:试验组各种器械的消毒合格率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组器械拆装、清洗、消毒、包装、环境管理等方面的质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环方法应用于消毒供应中心的管理中,可显著提升医疗器械消毒合格率和工作质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in nursing management of disinfection supply center.Methods:The disinfection supply center from January to December 2017 was divided into control group and used routine management method.The disinfection supply center from January to December 2018 was divided into experimental group to implement PDCA cycle management.We compared the qualified rate of disinfection and work quality between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the qualified rate of disinfection of various instruments was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the quality scores of instrument disassembly,cleaning,disinfection,packaging and environmental management were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle method in the management of disinfection supply center can significantly improve the qualified rate and work quality of medical device disinfection.
