摘要
在高等教育内涵式发展的背景下,针对高校采购工作现状及存在的普适性问题,提出通过不断完善采购管理制度建设、全面深化高校采购信息化建设以及基于流程化管理强化关键环节风险管控,多方面提升高校采购工作质量,为实现高校内涵式发展、提升高校办学水平提供强有力的支撑。
In the context of the connotation development of higher education,aiming at the current situation and universal problems of college procurement,it is proposed to improve the quality of college procurement in many ways such as improving the procurement management system,deepening the construction of university procurement information,and strengthening the risk management and control of key links based on process management.In this way,it provides strong support for promoting the efficiency of running a school and realizing the connotative development of college.
