摘要 随着独立学院的发展模式由规模增长的外延式发展转变到依靠凸现特色的内涵式发展,对实验实践教学的需求也随之发生变化。本课题以国际流行的CDIO培养模式为纲,以工程系统为主线,完整、有衔接地贯穿于整个本科四年实验实践教学阶段,使学生系统地得到构思、设计、实现、运行(CDIO)的整体训练。经过几年实验实践教学体系的践行,通过电子竞赛、学生就业、科技作品等结果证明该体系的施行不仅极大地提高了学生的实践动手能力,还缩短了学生能力和企业需求之间的距离,实现了培养具有终身学习能力的应用型人才的目的。 The experimental teaching is an important part of talent cultivation system,and a main way to develop student's practical ability and innovative ability. Today,as independent college's development mode is transformed from extended development by enlarging scale to intensive development by highlighting its features. The demand from society for experimental teaching is accordingly changed. This subject takes the internationally popular cultivation mode of conception,design,implementation as well as operation( CDIO) as the key link,and engineering system as the main line to completely throughout the four years of undergraduate experimental teaching. The reform makes students gain a systematical training of CDIO. After several years of practice of experiment and practice teaching as well as the electronic competition,student employment and technical works,it verifies that this system can not only significantly improve the practical ability of our students,but also can greatly shorten the gap between their ability and the requirement of enterprises. The system realizes the goal of training applied talents with life-long learn ability.
