摘要
目的研究老年桡骨远端骨折采用中医手法整复小夹板外固定配合补肾活血法的疗效。方法研究对象为2019年1月—2022年1月120例邹城市中医院收治的桡骨远端骨折老年患者,随机分为对照组(中医手法整复小夹板外固定治疗)和观察组(中医手法整复小夹板外固定配合补肾活血法治疗),每组60例。针对两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗优良率为96.67%,明显高于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.810,P<0.05);观察组临床症状缓解时间及骨折愈合时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医手法整复小夹板外固定配合补肾活血法治疗老年桡骨远端骨折,可改善患者腕关节功能,促进患者恢复,提高治疗效果,同时还可以减少并发症的产生,治疗效果显著。
Objective To study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine manipulative restoration of small splint external fixation com⁃bined with kidney-invigorating and blood-activating method in elderly patients with distal radius fractures.Methods The research subjects were 120 elderly patients with distal radius fractures admitted to Zoucheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(traditional Chinese medicine manipulation with small splint exter⁃nal fixation)and the observation group(traditional Chinese medicine manipulation with small splint external fixation combined with kidney invigorating and blood-activating therapy).There were 60 cases in each group,and the treatment effect,clinical symptom relief time,fracture healing time and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the obser⁃vation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.810,P<0.05).The clinical symptom relief time and fracture healing time of the observation group was less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group were 3.33%,which was lower than the control group 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine manipula⁃tion with small splint external fixation combined with Bushen Huoxue method in the treatment of elderly distal radius fractures can improve the patient's wrist joint function,promote the patient's recovery,and improve the therapeutic effect.At the same time,it can reduce the occur⁃rence of complications,and the treatment effect is remarkable.
