摘要
目的观察鼓室内注射联合当归芍药散对难治性突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法选择医院2017年1月—2018年7月收治的难治性突发性聋患者96例(96耳),随机、非盲法分为A组(单纯鼓室内持续给药)、B组(单纯中药组)、C组(鼓室内注射联合中药组),每组32例(32耳),予以各组治疗10d后观察疗效。结果A组总有效率62.50%(20/32),B组总有效率59.38%(19/32),C组总有效率78.13%(25/32),3组患者的总有效率两两比较,C组高于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者治疗后的纯音听阈值均值(PTA)比较,A组、B组、C组的PTA均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且C组PTA值较A组、B组降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼓室内注射联合当归芍药散治疗难治性突发性耳聋效果优于单纯西医治疗及单纯中医治疗。
:Objective To observe the clinical effect of intratympanic injection combined with Danggui Shaoyao powder(DGSYP)in the treatment of refractory sudden deafness.Methods 96 ears of 96 patients with refractory sudden deafness who were treated with routine systemic medication for two weeks from January 2017 to July 2018 were divided into group A(intratympanic injection),group B(DGSYP),group(intratympanic injection and DGSYP)by randomly and non-blind.Each group had 32 cases.The curative effect was obserred after 10 days of treatment in each group.Results The total effective rate of group A was 62.50%(20/32),the total effective rate of group B was 59.38%(19/32),and the total effective rate of group C was 78.13%(25/32).The total effective rate of the three groups was pairwise compared,group C was higher than group A and B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PTA of group A,group B and group C was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).PTA value of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of intratympanic injection combined with DGSYP in the treatment of refractory sudden deafness is better than western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group alone.
