摘要
介绍了汽车侧围外板A柱区域结构,利用CAE软件对零件冲压成形工艺进行分析,并阐述侧围外板A柱区域成形起皱的原因。结合CAE分析,通过制定零件的不同结构优化方案,找出影响A柱区域成形起皱的因素,对各因素提出合理的设计要求,得到符合冲压工艺性的零件结构设计方法。
The structural of A-pillar area of side wall outer plate was introduced,the stamping form⁃ability of part was analyzed by using CAE software,and the cause of forming wrinkling of A-pillar area was expounded.Combined with CAE analysis,by formulating different structural optimiza⁃tion schemes,the factors affecting the forming wrinkling of A-pillar area were found out,and rea⁃sonable design requirements for each factor were put forward,and the design method of the parts structure was obtained in line with the stamping process.
