摘要
采用板料三维成形分析软件PAM-STAMP对某车型侧围前延长件的拉深成形过程进行了数值模拟仿真。主要研究了不同工艺补充对零件冲压成形的影响,通过FLD图和成形结果对比,对工艺补充部分进行调整得到了最优化的拉深件型面,并设计出经济合理的模具结构。
The numerical simulation of drawing process for front extension to side panel is studied by using the three-dimensional sheet metal forming analysis software PAM-STAMP. In this study, the influence of different shape of addendum is analyzed in the stamping simulation Compared with the FLD diagram and the results of deforming, the optimized shape of addendum is obtained and the economical and reasonable die construction is designed.
