摘要
在氨肟化废水预处理过程中引入双氧水,使氨肟化废水产生类芬顿反应,研究了加入双氧水后类芬顿反应的温度、停留时间,以及双氧水加入量、pH值等因素对废水中过氧化物去除效果的影响。结果表明:预处理温度和停留时间对废水过氧化物去除率的影响不大,主要影响因素是双氧水加入量和pH值;在氨肟化废水预处理过程中,控制酸化预处理温度40~50℃、停留时间0.5~1.0 h、双氧水加入量(相对废水)2.0 kg/t、pH值1.6~1.8,废水中过氧化物去除率达99%以上;双氧水的加入能大大提升酸化预处理去除过氧化物的能力,且氨肟化废水中过氧化物的去除并不影响其余污染因子的去除;双氧水的加入提高了氨肟化废水的可生化性。
Hydrogen peroxide was introduced into ammoximation wastewater to initiate Fenton-like reaction during the pretreatment process.The effects of Fenton-like reaction temperature,residence time,hydrogen peroxide amount and pH value on the removal rate of peroxide in wastewater were studied.The results showed that pretreatment temperature and residence time had little effect on the removal rate of peroxide in wastewater,and the main influential factors were the amount of hydrogen peroxide and pH value;the peroxide removal rate in wastewater could reach more than 99%when the process of ammoximation wastewater pretreatment was controlled under the conditions as followed:acidification pretreatment temperature 40-50℃,residence time 0.5-1.0 h,hydrogen peroxide addition(relative to wastewater)2.0 kg/t and pH value 1.6-1.8;the addition of hydrogen peroxide could greatly improve the peroxide removal ability of acidification pretreatment,and the removal of peroxides in ammoximation wastewater did not affect the removal of other pollution factors;and the addition of hydrogen peroxide improved the biodegradability of ammoximation wastewater.
