摘要
对以丁二烯为原料合成己内酰胺工艺中的关键步骤——己二腈加氢合成6-氨基己腈的研究进展进行了综述,评述了各类己二腈加氢催化剂的特点和反应性能。与均相催化剂相比,多相催化剂制备简便,易与产物分离,其中负载型Ni基催化剂价格低廉,具有较好的己二腈加氢活性和较高的6-氨基己腈选择性,工业应用前景良好。为加快负载型Ni基催化剂的工业应用,进一步的工作是增大催化剂的颗粒、提高反应物空速以及延长催化剂的寿命,同时注重新型反应器的开发、工艺条件的优化以及加氢产物的分离等。
Advances in research of hydrogenation of adiponitrile to 6 - aminocapronitrile were reviewed. It is a key step in synthesis of caprolactam from butadiene. Performances of various hydrogenation catalysts, hydrogenation reactors, hydrogenation technologies and separation methods of the products were discussed. Comparing with homogeneous catalysts, heterogeneous catalysts can be prepared simply and separated easily from reaction products. Supported Ni -based catalysts are most prospective for the hydrogenation due to their high activity, good selectivity, availability and low price. In order to promote commercialization of supported Ni - based catalysts more rapidly, particle size of the catalyst and space velocity of reactants should be increased, and catalyst - life should be prolonged. At the same time, attention should be paid to investigate new - style hydrogenation reactor, optimization of reaction conditions and separation of hydrogenation products.
